To be honest I started writing this blog post a few weeks ago but then the incident with my sister happened and I never ended up finishing it. I thought I would jump back into it and share what I’ve been loving recently.
My husband bought me a sewing machine for our anniversary because he knew I had been wanting one. I have NEVER sewed anything before in my life, so I was starting from scratch. I’ve been watching Youtube videos and learning how to do it by myself. It’s been SO fun! I’ve really only tried making zipper pouches and drawstring bags but I will branch out soon.
The zipper pouches I’ve been making are lined and come in different sizes. I’m currently selling them in my Etsy shop! They can be used for diaper bag organization, to hold all your peg dolls 😉 or basically anything! I’ve been stuffing them with packs of gum, snacks, chapsticks, etc. and giving them as nurse gifts! Shopping for fabrics is probably one of my new favorite hobbies too! Who knew!?
I had started having unexplained stomach pain for weeks. I was feeling SUPER bloated every single day and I couldn’t figure out what was going on. I did some research and decided to try these three things. They have been helping SO much. My bloating is gone and I haven’t had stomach pain in awhile. I take a probiotic, fish oil and apple cider gummies every day now. I love that I can order them on Amazon and have them delivered too!
We have been loving the “docuseries” on Netflix recently! They are usually only 1-5 episodes, so you don’t have to commit to a whole show. We’ve watched the Aaron Hernandez one, The Pharmacist and Don’t F*** with Cats. All so good and very interesting! Any other ones you recommend?
I finished this book in January and loved it!! I have always been interested in learning about the Holocaust since high school. This is a true story about the Tattooist of Auschwitz. It’s a sad one but definitely worth the read.
I was so excited when I saw that my local mall got a Box Lunch store!! They sell lots of Harry Potter and Disney merch. We have a Disney World trip planned this year and I’ve been eyeing the Loungefly bags. There are sooo many different options I can’t choose what I like best. You can also get these bags from the Shop Disney Store. How cute is this sequined Minnie Mouse bag?
I bought myself some Blue Light glasses because I have been having headaches after looking at my computer and phone. They seem to be helping (when I remember to wear them 😉 ). Sometimes I wear them just to hide my no-make up face too, haha.
