life with two sets of twins

hosting a stress free game day party with tyson® any’tizers® at walmart

October 5, 2018

This post is sponsored by Tyson Foods, Inc, but the content and opinions expressed here are my own.

Our family has always been huge football fans! We love to get together, watch the game and eat lots of yummy food. The food is the best part about parties right?! Well, lately I’ve been way too busy with life and four kids. Thinking about cooking for a group of people seems like a daunting task BUT there are so many great options to make it easier on yourself.

When I’m going to be hosting a football party, I want food that everyone will love and that’s easy to munch on. Finger foods are perfect and lets face it… your husbands won’t be complaining about the simplicity of the meal. I usually head over to my local Walmart and check out the Tyson® Any’tizers® section in the freezer. They have so many yummy flavors and options, you can’t go wrong. For a football party, the Tyson® Any’tizers® Buffalo Style Bone-In Chicken Wings are perfect! I grabbed two bags to feed approximately 5-6 people.

To make it even easier on all you busy moms… you can use Walmart’s grocery pick up service! Place your order on-line, drive to the store and someone will come right to your car to load your groceries for you. You don’t even have to take your kids out of the vehicle! Say what!?

Tyson® Any’tizers® is an easy option for busy moms who love to host! Just pop them in the oven and wah-lah! You’re done! You can make it look presentable by adding some fresh veggies and ranch. Another game day treat we love to make is spicy sausage dip. All it takes is three basic ingredients, mix them all together in a crock pot and heat it up. Serve with some tortilla chips. I’m not joking when I say that I like to keep it simple.

Spicy Sausage Dip Appetizer

(2) – 8 oz. blocks of cream cheese

(2) – cans of diced tomatoes & green chilies

1 lb of spicy ground sausage (cooked)

I’m also big on decorating for any occasion. You can keep it simple by adding a cheap banner and some basic balloons. Draw on them with a marker to make them more festive!

There you have it! The planning, shopping, cooking and setting up took me only about two hours. Everyone at the party will love your food and you can sit back, relax and enjoy the game.

Don’t forget you can head to Walmart.com to check out their full selection of Tyson® Any’tizers®!
