Every year we try to visit our favorite pumpkin patch/apple orchards but we have been slacking this year! Even though it was a cold fall day, we still packed up the kids and brought them. We leave for vacation in just a few days, so I wanted to make sure we got it in before we left. Our favorite place to visit is Schwalliers Country Basket.
They have a lot of fun things for the kids to do for free! It costs money for extras but my kids have fun with just the free stuff. I mean obviously we empty our wallets for ALLLLLL the homemade donuts and cider (but that’s a given) ;-).
Every year we re-create this photo! Scroll down to see the last three years.
They have this fun slide – the kids went down this a million times. They also have goats, rabbits, chickens and cats the kids can pet!
These two were trying to stay warm and Harper never misses an opportunity to sneak into a picture. She is so funny because whenever I pull out my camera, she will go stand next to a wall expecting to get her picture taken. I think I have trained her well, haha!
Just shoveling in the donuts and cider… they really are my kids.
McKenzie wanted me to make sure I got a picture of her with the cat. She was trying to catch this thing the entire time.
Here is the shot we re-create every year! I can’t wait to continue this tradition!
