I’m back with another reading list! I’ve been so proud of myself because one of my goals of 2018 was to read at least one book per month. Well, I’ve been killing it! Making it a point to read every day has been a priority for me because its what I love doing and I’m trying to do more things for “me” lately. Of course I love reading to my littles too! Here is what we picked out of our home library to start reading this summer.
Picking books out for our toddlers is probably the most fun! I love displaying books in their room. I usually switch them out once a month, so this is what we chose for June. I marked our favorites!
Sofia the First and The Floating Palace
The Dinosaur Who Lived in My Backyard (FAV)
Rio 2: Blu’s Wild Journey
Last Day Blues
The Berenstain Bears: Go to Camp (FAV)
Zootopia
He Bear She Bear
Things that Go
Fish Do the Strangest Things
Hooper Humperdink: Not Him!
I didn’t include my nine year old daughter’s reading list because its so similar to their spring list! They read a lot of the same series. The Boxcar Children, Amelia Bedelia, The Bailey School Kids, Goosebumps, etc. Those types of books are SO fun! I remember reading them when I was a kid too.
My husband loves reading just as much as I do but he doesn’t have much time to do it. Perk of being a stay at home mom ;-)! I’ve included one book that he wants to read but all the others are my picks.
The Shack
We Were the Mulvaneys
Blonde
Divergent
The Troop (His)
