We are back from another amazing family vacation. You all probably know Orlando is one of our favorite travel destinations since we are big amusement park goers. Sometimes we go as a couple and other times we go as a whole family. This time we ALL went and we DROVE! We are from Michigan so 19-20ish hours in the car is quite the drive. Come read about our experiences with the drive and Orlando during early February!
spring break in the smoky mountains
This year for spring break we decided to head to the Smoky Mountains of Tennessee. The past few years, a ton of people from Michigan were vacationing there so it peaked my interest. When I was looking into it, I realized how much stuff there was to do there – especially for families/kids! The Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area is basically a huge tourist trap (but a fun one!). Amusement parks, hiking trails, caves, mountain coasters, shopping.. seriously so many things to do. Not to mention it’s absolutely beautiful!!!
disney world vacation 2020 | pt. 2
Okay I’m a little behind at posting part two of our Disney World vacation (that we took in OCTOBER!). I wanted to make sure I get it up here though for my own memory keeping. If you missed part one you can read that first – HERE.
disney world vacation 2020 | pt 1
I’m sure you already know this since I’ve posted all our vlogs and talked about it numerous times on social media but we had a Disney World vacation this year! We got back from our trip about three weeks ago now. I wanted to share all our photos and talk a little bit more about going to Disney during a pandemic.
our weekend trip to salem | dating my husband | october
This month’s “dating my husband” post is pretty special because it wasn’t just a date, it was a TRIP! We decided to cross something off our bucket list and go to Salem, MA in October. If you have never heard of Salem… it is known for its thick history of witches and magic. This is where The Witch Trials took place in 1692 and more recently… where the movie Hocus Pocus was filmed. We planned this trip back in March and I was so excited it was finally time to go!
