Mother’s Day is just around the corner and it will be my first one as a mama to four! Four little humans depend on me for survival. That’s intense if you actually think about it! We as mamas nurture, teach, feed, provide and most importantly unconditionally love our littles. I’ve been a single mom, a teen mom, a working mom, a stay at home mom, a mom of twins…twice, a married mom and a co-parenting mom. Let me tell you, every single one of those things are hard to do. Whether you have one kid or five kids, its hard. You deserve to be reminded how incredible you are, so enjoy your special day! But definitely don’t forget about the ones you depended on to survive too! Love you mom! MUAH
Here are my go-to mama’s day gifts…
1. wreath: spring is here (finally) so its the perfect time for some outdoor pretties! A door wreath is something everyone could use! I loved this one from Magnolia Market because its so basic and gorgeous.
2. candle: this is literally my go-to for EVERY occasion. 🙂
3. hanging flower basket: you can get these pretty much anywhere. Spring is here (finally) so its the perfect time for some outdoor pretties!
4. perfume: if you’re mom is like mine, she might have expensive taste in perfume. Get her favorite bottle, that way you know she will definitely love your gift.
5. picture book: I love Shutterfly hardcover photo books. You can personalize it with pictures of all your siblings or all the grandchildren in the family. Its something she can keep forever!
6. basket: If you want to put together a gift basket, put it all in a cute storage tote that she can reuse! This one is from Target and I fell in love right when I saw it. I also may or may not have bought it…
7. book: I get so happy when people surprise me with books. Get your mama a book that you love!
If you have any other great gifts for mom then leave them in the comments! Happy shopping!
